NOTICE OF GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION

A general municipal election will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 7:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. in the City of Miami, Florida, at the polling places in the several election precincts designated by the Miami-Dade County Supervisor of Elections, at which election the qualified electors participating therein will vote for the following municipal officers: Mayor who is to be elected citywide and two District Commissioners, who are to be elected from single member Districts 3 and 5. A run-off election, if required, is to be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
Candidate qualifying for the general municipal election will be held at the Office of the City Clerk, Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, 33133 starting on Friday, September 3, 2021, and ending on Saturday, September 18, 2021. During this period, the Office of the City Clerk will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., and on Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
It is respectfully requested of all prospective candidates to please call, in advance, in order to set up an appointment for qualifying as a candidate. Appointments can be made by calling the Office of the City Clerk at (305) 250-5361.
