The City of Miami’s Office of Capital Improvements (OCI), District 4 City Commissioner Manolo Reyes, and the Department of Parks and Recreation held a ribbon-cutting ceremony this week to officially open two mini parks in District 4 – South Shenandoah Mini Park and Swannanoa Mini Park.

The opening of these two parks will add a positive impact to the quality of life for residents in the City of Miami. Allocating appropriate green space and maintaining green space throughout the city is important as it benefits all aspects pertaining to the City’s main priorities – resiliency, quality of life and pathways to prosperity.
