Senior Rental Assistance Pilot Program

Are you a low-income senior who lives in the City of Miami and needs help with your rent? 

Do you have an executed lease and are up to date with your rental payments?

Do you live in a building for low-income persons in the City of Miami?

If your household's income at or below the amounts noted in the chart?

If you answered YES to all of these questions and your household's monthly rent exceeds 50% of your households monthly income, you may be eligible for up to $100 maximum in monthly rental assistance from the City of Miami's Senior Rental Assistance Pilot program for up to one year.
