Miami Trolley Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Department of Resilience and Public Works will be performing an internal customer service survey to evaluate passenger satisfaction for our Trolley Program. Our Transportation Staff will be deployed onboard trolley vehicles and at strategic transit hubs throughout the city to collect passenger responses to the survey. In addition, we will also be making the survey is available to the public on the City of Miami’s main website and disseminated throughout the City’s social media platforms.
