Former Mayor Maurice A. Ferré Memorial Ceremony

On Thursday, September 26th, Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, City of Miami Commissioners, and other community leaders will take part in a special service in honor of the late Maurice A. Ferré.

 As Mayor of the City of Miami, Ferré became known as "the father of modern Miami" who shaped the city into the culturally diverse and vibrant community it is today.

Following the City's memorial, a motorcade will guide attendees to a 10AM mass and funeral at St. Mary's Cathedral, which is open to the public.
