Ms. Panoff joined the Office of the City Attorney in October 2014 and is presently assigned to the Labor and Employment Division handling civil service matters, labor grievances, and collective bargaining matters. Prior to joining the Office, Ms. Panoff served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Law Offices of Carlos J. Martinez, Public Defender for Miami-Dade County. As an Assistant Public Defender, Ms. Panoff was assigned to the juvenile, county, and felony court divisions.
