Ms. Arias joined the Office of the City Attorney in June 2022 and is assigned to the Real Estate and Compliance Division where she handles building and unsafe structures issues for the Building Department. Prior to joining the Office, Ms. Arias was in private practice working in the areas of construction and commercial litigation/collections, foreclosure litigation, landlord/tenant actions and creditor’s rights in Bankruptcy since 1999. In addition, Ms. Arias has been a Circuit Court Mediator since 2016.
