Linette Aguirre

Assistant City Attorney

Ms. Aguirre joined the Office of the City Attorney in March 2022. Ms. Aguirre is an Assistant City Attorney in the Litigation and Appeals Division handling torts and other state law claims. Prior to joining the Office of the City Attorney, Ms. Aguirre practiced Immigration law for a short time before becoming an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County. As an Assistant State Attorney, Ms. Aguirre handled all types of cases from simple misdemeanors to second degree felonies. She also previously interned with the Office of the City Attorney as a law student in the Summer of 2016.
