Benefits of this project include:
  • Roadway reconstruction and drainage improvements
  • Curb and gutter installation
  • New sidewalks and pedestrian ramp upgrades
  • New driveway approaches, regrading of swales, sodding and pavement markings

Resident Involvement:

In order to complete the design of this roadway improvements project, the Office of Capital Improvements (OCI) will mail out easement agreements to the residents who reside within the project boundaries. These easements are necessary to upgrade the sidewalks and driveway approaches in some areas, as part of the project.

Stay on the lookout for this mailout through certified mail by March of 2023.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Office of Capital Improvements at 305-416-1280, or send an e-mail to:  askOCI@miamigov.com. Thank you!
