Access to Mary Brickell Park during construction will provided by the 2 routes shown below.
A baywalk ramp will be available for connectivity, community access, and safety.

Project elements include:

  • 250 linear feet of new seawall

  • Addition of rip rap, shoreline stabilization, and drainage

  • Miami 21 compliant baywalk inclusive of pedestrian lighting, seating benches, receptacles and landscape

  • Connectivity to the existing baywalks to the north and the south adjacent properties
