The City of Miami Housing & Commercial Loan Committee will conduct a public meeting including general business, policies and public hearing items related to the Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG"), Home Investment Partnerships Program ("HOME"), Miami Forever General Obligation Bond and other City of Miami funded programs.

Discussions/recommendations pertaining to the following agenda items and any other matters that may come before the Committee:

  1. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $2,000,000 in GOB funds to Residences at Dr. King Boulevard, LTD for the development of Residences at Dr. King Boulevard apartment project
  2. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $1,000,000 in GOB funds to Liberty Renaissance Apartments, LLC for the development of Liberty Renaissance apartment project
  3. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $1,871,000 in GOB funds to Vineyard Villas, LLC for the development of Vineyard Villas project
  4. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $229,000 in GOB funds to MJ LH 337 NW 11 AVE, LLC for the development of 337 NW 11TH AVENUE project
  5. Discussion concerning the Single-Family Rehabilitation Program for individual owners at Barcelona Condominium
  6. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the modification of unit mix of Liberty Square Phase One project
  7. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $3,500,000 in GOB funds to Platform 3750, LLC for the development of Platform 3750 at Frankie Shannon Rolle Center
  8. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $750,000 in GOB funds to Liberty Square Phase Three, LLC for the development of Liberty Square Phase Three project.
  9. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of $800,000 in GOB funds to The Gallery at River Parc, LLC for the development of The Gallery at River Parc project
  10. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the joinder and consent regarding an environmental condition of the property in the form of a restrictive covenant to Los Suenos, Ltd. for the Los Suenos project
