The City of Miami Housing & Commercial Loan Committee (HCLC) will conduct a public meeting at City Hall, Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133 on June 28th, 2019, at 9:00 AM, to discuss items related to general business, policies, and to provide the public an opportunity to comment on funding amendments affecting the City's annual Action Plan for U.S. HUD & other city funded programs.

The City of Miami Housing & Commercial Loan Committee will conduct a public meeting including general business, policies and public hearing items related to the Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG"), Home Investment Partnerships Program ("HOME") and other City of Miami funded programs. 

Discussions/recommendations pertaining to the following agenda items and any other matters that may come before the Committee:

1. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the Subordination of Mortgage, to 3242 Charles, LLC for Stirrup House Renovation

2. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the extension of the date to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy and project completion date for Pearl Gardens Project by Real Estate Investment Group, LLC.

3. Discussion/recommendation to allocate additional $1,000,000 in HOME funds to The Gallery at Smathers Plaza LLC for the development of The Gallery at Smathers Plaza project.

4. Discussion/recommendation to allocate $1,500,000 in HOME funds to Brisas del Este Phase Two, LLC for the development of Brisas del Este Phase Two project.

5. Discussion/recommendation to allocated $1,500,000 in HOME funds to Gutsnud, LLC for the development of 3685 Grand Apartments project.

6. Discussion/recommendation to allocate additional $990,000 in HOME funds to Citadelle Village, LLC for the development of Citadelle Village project.

Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this public hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped.
