NOTICE OF CORONAVIRUS RELIEF FUND
(CRF) Mortgage Assistance Program 

Pursuant to Section 420.9075(4)(b) of the Florida Statutes, the City of Miami’s Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) will accept applications from eligible City of Miami homeowners (Folio must begin with 01) whose household: (1) lost income due to COVID-19, on or after March 1, 2020; (2) has income of no more than 120% of Area Median Income (AMI) as per table below, for the Mortgage Assistance Program Strategy indicated under the DHCD’s Local Housing Assistance Plan 2019-2022 for the State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) Program which will provide up to $6,000 per eligible household. The total funding being received from the State via the Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) is $1,312,500.

Applications will be available from August 17 through November 30, online for downloading at www.miamigov.com/Residents/Housing. City of Miami homeowners seeking a paper application can call 305-416-2081 to request one be mailed to them. All applications will be funded on a first come, first ready, first served basis, subject to the availability of funds.
