1.Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to transfer, with Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) program activities restrictions and automatic reverter provisions, the City-owned parcel of land located at 6016 Northwest 7th Avenue, Miami, Florida, also known as the Carver Theater (“parcel”), to Martin Luther King Economic Development Corporation, a Florida not for profit corporation (“Developer"), for the redevelopment of the parcel for an eligibleCDBGactivity.

2.Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the transfer of CDBG program income funds in the amount of $400,000.00 to Department of Real Estate and Asset Management for the acquisition of the property located at 700 Southwest 63 Avenue, Miami, Florida, for public facility and improvements

* The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution by the City Commission, related to the proposed funding recommendation(s)/ amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Action Plan.

† This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins, Tuesday, May 28, 2019 and ends Wednesday, June 26, 2019. The proposed funding recommendation(s)/amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, June 27, 2019 (public hearing).
