NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY COMMISSION MEETING

Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs.  In addition, the public is advised of the new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below: *

  1. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the acceptance of HUD Entitlement Grant Funds, in the total amount of $21,599,644.00 for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 for the following programs:        

        CDBG: $5,689,241.00
        HOME: $3,509,757.00
      
  ESG: 473,580.00
     
  HOPWA:11,924,914.00

 2. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of CDBG funds by program category for FY:2021-2022 in the amount of $5,718,651.72

† † This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 5 days. The review and comment period begin, Friday, June 18, 2021 and ends Wednesday, June 23, 2021. The proposed funding recommendation(s)/ amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, June 24, 2021 (Public Hearing) as authorized by HUD.
