Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs.  In addition, the public is advised of the proposed new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below* † ‡

1. Discuss and propose resolution authorizing the City Manager to lease, with affordable/workforce rental and homeownership housing restrictions and reverted provisions, of certain City of Miami owned parcels of land located approximately at 6200 NW 17 Avenue and 6201 NW 17 Avenue, Miami, FL. 

2. Discuss and propose resolution authorizing the transfer of CDBG Public Service funds in the amount of $98,960.00 from Department of Housing and Community Development to the agencies/department specified below:

*  The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorized the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan. 

† This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begin Tuesday, September 24, 2019 and ends on Wednesday, October 23, 2019. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, October 24, 2019 (public hearing).
