ANY PERSON WHO ACTS AS A LOBBYIST PURSUANT TO CITY OF MIAMI ORDINANCE NO. 11469, CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF THE CITY CODE, MUST REGISTER WITH THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN LOBBYING ACTIVITIES BEFORE CITY STAFF, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND THE CITY COMMISSION.  A COPY OF SAID ORDINANCE IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY HALL.

 

  1. Approval of the Minutes from April 20, 2022, Housing and Commercial Loan Committee Meeting

     

  2. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of up to $3,500,000 in HOME and/or CDBG Funds for the Edison Towers rehabilitation project by Tacolcy Economic Development Corporation.

     

  3. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the allocation of up to $3,500,000 in Miami Forever Bond or American Rescue Plan funding contingent GOB funds for Wynwood Works, LLC project by Magellan Housing.

     

  4. Discussion/recommendation pertaining to the modification of the terms in connection with the Single-Family Rehabilitation loan for Raquel Chung.
