HCD Virtual Public Hearing - CAPER FY 2019 and Annual Action Plan

Introduction

virtual meeting of the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. HCD will be reporting accomplishments for the following formula grants: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA); Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG); HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME) and Cares Act funding utilized until 9/30/2020. The virtual public hearing offers City of Miami residents the opportunity to review and comment on accomplishments and activities funded, during and prior to the FY2019, by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD),

For Discussion / Reference

The City of Miami CAPER for FY2019 will be available for public review and comment for a period of no less than 15 days, beginning on February 12, 2021, and ending on March 1, 2021. Draft copies of the CAPER will be available at the HCD office located at One Flagler Building, 14 NE 1st Avenue, 2nd Floor, Miami, FL 33132 or can be requested via e-mail to rtazoe@miamigov.com, starting February 12, 2021.

Comments to the CAPER plan must be submitted in writing to One Flagler Building, 14 NE 1st Avenue, 2nd Floor, Miami, FL 33132; Attn.: Roberto Tazoe, or emailed at rtazoe@miamigov.com, no later than March 1, 2021.

Comments can be submitted verbally during the virtual public hearing.
