RFP Virtual Workshop CDBG/ESG funding for FY21

The City of Miami is seeking Proposals from interested not-for-profit organizations to serve as subrecipients (CDBG/ESG) to carry out eligible activities supporting the City’s Annual Action Plan goals and objectives for FY2021 (October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022). The City will issue an online Request for Proposal (RFP) on Friday, February 5, 2021, 9 a.m., to allocate funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) or Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding. The following are approximate amounts available for each program (pending HUD confirmation of awards): CDBG: $3,500,000; ESG $400,000.

The City will hold one virtual workshop on Friday, February 19, 2021, 1-3 pm, for this RFP via Zoom, to allow potential applicants to ask and address any RFP-related questions prior to the deadline. Attendees must pre-register in order to receive a link to attend the virtual workshops.
