Prior to consideration of items on today’s agenda, the Executive Secretary advised Chief Examiner Jimenez of Chair Sutton’s absence. Chief Examine Jimenez proceeded with business of the day.

Chief Examiner Jimenez asked if there were any revisions to the Agenda. Hearing none, a motion to adopt the Agenda as printed was considered and resulted as follows:

Having had two Board Members not present, William Amlong, Attorney, The Amlong Firm, appeared before the Board to request a continuance of today's hearing. Adanna Ferguson, Assistant City Attorney, expressed no objection. Following discussion, the Board agreed to CONTINUE today's hearing, which resulted as follows:

The continuance will be charged to the Board.
