Stand Up, Miami is the City of Miami’s phased reactivation plan to reopen our community in a measured and responsible way. The plan allows residents to safely get back to work, shopping and play, but requires all Miamians to continue doing our part to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Miami-Dade's New Normal
Miami-Dade County has released a handbook that details the "new normal".

Any establishment in violation of the 'Moving To A New Normal Handbook' shall be subject to a civil citation fine of $500 and shall immediately close until it has addressed its compliance issue(s). Before reopening, the owner or authorized agent of the establishment must comply with the following conditions:
(i) Review and take all necessary measures to come into compliance with the requirements of Emergency Order 30-20, as amended;
(ii) Execute the attestation attached to Emergency Order 30-20 as Exhibit B demonstrating that the review has been completed and the required measures have been taken; and (iii) Submit the executed attestation by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail to Special Patrol Bureau/Incident Team, 1501 NW 79th Ave., Doral, FL 33126.
