VIRTUAL Meeting - UDRB on October 21, 2020


A virtual meeting of the Urban Development Review Board ("UDRB") will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 2:00 pm. The virtual meeting will be broadcast from City Hall with board members and City staff attending remotely through video conferencing.

Public Comments for the UDRB virtual meeting will open on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 5:00 pm. The deadline to submit prerecorded phone messages is Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 5:00 pm. The deadline to submit public comment via the online form will occur when the Chairperson closes the public comment for the virtual meeting. On the afternoon of the meeting, public comment may be submitted at the terminal setup in the lobby at Miami City Hall located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133.

How to Provide Comment

Voice Message

You can provide your comments via the dedicated City of Miami public comment voicemail. These messages will be played during the virtual meeting. You may only submit one two (2) minute message for this meeting. If you submit multiple messages, the City will only play the first two (2) minutes of all your submitted comments during the public comment portion of the meeting. The additional submission(s) that exceed the two (2) minutes allotted will not be played at the meeting.  

Submission must include your full name and address. This message must be sent by 5 pm on October 20, 2020. Any submissions received after the deadline will not be played during the meeting.
