You can provide public comments by submitting a video to be played during the meeting. You may only submit one two (2) minute video for this City Commission meeting. If you submit multiple videos, the City will only play the first two (2) minutes of all your submitted comments during the public comment portion of the meeting. The additional submission(s) that exceed the two (2) minutes allotted will not be played at the City Commission meeting but they will be will be distributed to the Elected Officials and City Administration for consideration and made part of the public record.
Submissions must include your full name and address. This message must be sent by 5 p.m. on November 13th, 2020. Any submissions received after the deadline may not be played during the meeting but will be included as part of the record.

Telephone Live Comments
You can provide live, public comments via telephone during the commission meeting. You must register online* to address the commission during the meeting.
Remember, you may choose to either submit a video/voicemail for public comment (miamigov.com/virtualmeeting), use the comment form, or register for the live public comment. You may only select one option for public comment.
- Assuming your registration is complete and accurate, you will receive a call from the City of Miami the morning of November 16th, 2020 during the public comments portion. Live comments will begin at approximately 10:15 a.m. on the day of the commission meeting until the chair closes public comment.
Live comment registration will close at 5 p.m. on November 13th, 2020.
