Access Current Solicitations (Bids + Proposals)

Special Message – Vendors

Do you want to view and/or reply to a procurement solicitation that was issued by The City of Miami? The City allows the public to see the list of all open solicitations, so they may consider applying.

Starting May 4, 2020

In an abundance of caution and as the City of Miami's ("City") leaders work to reactivate the local economy following weeks of slowdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City's Department of Procurement ("Procurement") is launching its new eProcurement system, “BidSync” (now known as Periscope Supplier to Government or Periscope S2G) from Periscope Holdings.
Periscope S2G provides web-based services to the vendor community that will make it easier to view and electronically respond to solicitations from the City.

BidSync is now Periscope S2G

Effective Saturday, September 12, 2020; all functionality, features and links remain the same.

Please see the "Periscope S2G" Tab below for additional important details.

Starting May 4, 2020, the City will no longer accept hard copy submissions of bids/proposals in response to Procurement's formal solicitations. The City will only accept and consider bids/proposals submitted through Periscope S2G (formerly known as BidSync) for all of Procurement's solicitations, unless otherwise specified in the solicitation documents.*

In addition to being registered as a City vendor, vendors must also register on the Periscope S2G platform to participate in these solicitations. Registration is FREE to view these solicitations issued by the City.
