The City of Miami Commission adopted the City's first  Landscape Ordinance on October 22, 2009.  Consequently, the Landscape Ordinance was absorbed by the Miami 21 Code as Article 9. 
The new requirements establish minimum landscape standards for new development within City boundaries. Complete information on the applicability and requirements can be
