B-35806 CURTIS PARK BOAT RAMP

The existing site will be demolished and will be replaced with a new ramp, pier, and dock. Drainage will be improved as well. The existing parking lot will be modified to improve the parking spaces boat trailers and standard parking spaces.

B-40456 ANTONIO MACEO PARK BUILDING ADDITION

A new building of approximately 3,350 sq.ft. will be added to the existing recreational building, which will include a new multipurpose room, restrooms, computer room, fitness room, and other spaces for after school and cultural events. The existing parking lot will be expanded.

B-40610 CURTIS PARK ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION

This project will consist of soil remediation by way of a combination of removal and replacement of clean fill and protective covering as engineering controls in designated areas. Construction is in progress and is anticipated to be completed by December 2017.

B-30531 DORSEY MEMORIAL LIBRARY RESTORATION

The City will restore the existing historical building consisting of 2,060 sf.ft. library with reading room, computer room , restrooms, reception area and parking lot. Materials will include salvage pieces from the existing building.

B-30551A 20TH STREET MAINTENANCE YARD OPERATIONS FACILITIES

This project consists of master planning to complete the physical reorganization, renovation, rehabilitation and development of the 9.5-acre site to optimize site access, maximize the use of available land, and create space for the future areas of three City Departments, PWD, Fire and Parks.
