Knight Conference Center, Miami Lecture Hall, Third Floor, 400 SE 2 Avenue. Representatives from both the Community & Economic Development and Planning Departments will review the current incentives in Miami 21 tied to affordable and workforce housing (Sec. 3.15 and Sec. 3.16) that require an Affordable Housing Certification. The City of Miami is now on the CityGrader government accountability and feedback platform. CityGrader is a web-based platform that allows residents and others who interact with cities to ‘grade and review’ employees, departments, and jurisdictions. The general public may access CityGrader from any computer, tablet or smartphone with access to the internet. Later this year, CityGrader will also be available at kiosks at City of Miami buildings.
Candidates are needed for the Community Advisory Board that advises the Police Department on strategies and training to improve responsiveness to community concerns and carry out community public safety priorities. It meets monthly, receives public comments, and conveys recommendations to the Police Department.
