This board, comprised of five members, usually meets on the third or forth Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM at Miami City Hall and its purpose is generally:

  • To determine the existence of public nuisances within the City of Miami properties used in violation of law.

This department typically processes cases for:

  • Drug Possession and Sale
  • Gang Activity
  • Noise
  • Prostitution

The deadline for cases to be placed on an agenda is usually the first seven days of the month. This department schedules and organizes:

  • Meetings
  • Minutes
  • Notices
  • Postings
  • Resolutions
