Florida's Financial Incentive Program

The State of Florida offers 20% - 30% transferable tax credits for film productions. The priority for qualifying and/or certifying projects for tax credit awards is determined on a first-come, first-served basis.

Permits

There is NO FILM PERMIT FEE when filming within The City of Miami. However, there may be fees that may be incurred when your activities require specific City services, such as Fire and Police. In order to obtain a permit to film in the City of Miami, you will need:
