Fire-Rescue Services! Since 1950, our Fire
Department has been classified as a Class 1 Fire
Department by ISO, the premier source of information about property and liability risk.
Class 1 ratings are reserved only for those Fire
Departments across the country offering the best
public protection to communities in suppressing
fires. In an annual period the City of Miami’s Fire
department responds to more than 75,000 emergency
calls.

2/9/09-2/13/09 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. and again from 2/17/09-2/20/09 from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. without a limit on the
number of completed applications that
will be accepted.
When application acceptance begins, we would
love to receive a completed application from you if
you meet the requirements. We are committed to
