The Tax Exemption Ordinance was revised and
adopted by the City Commission on May 10, 2007, which provides exemptions to
new and expanding businesses located in the
Enterprise Zone. This is a great tool for those
investors, developers and entrepreneurs that are
considering opening or expanding a business into
the Enterprise Zone area within the City of
Miami. This incentive is also extended to
businesses already in the area that are planning
to expand. To apply for a tax
