-Parks Master Plan in Synch with Miami 21
Project- |
(Miami, Florida)—The City of Miami’s
Parks and Recreation Master Plan has scheduled workshops and open houses
for the months of October and November. October will start with the
Allapattah Workshop on October 4 at Curtis Park.
This is a valuable opportunity for the community and local businesses to
sit down with Goody Clancy, the prime consultant on the project, and
express ideas, concerns and vision for the parks and public spaces in
their neighborhood.
The Parks Master Plan has been organized into a series of tasks that
integrate details of a parks and recreation system with the broader
objectives identified in the Miami 21 process. At the end of this
process the master plan process will generate a citywide vision of
Miami’s 21st century parks and recreation system.
