To order a videotape copy of city meetings, events or programs that were aired on City of Miami Television. Please fill out the video tape form and email it to Communications@ci.miami.fl.us or fax in your request to (305)416-1441.

The written request should identify the meeting or event, its airing date and the number of copies needed. The request should also contain contact information. There is a $35 fee to be paid by cash, check or money order made payable to the City of Miami.
