City of Miami Television interviews a
concerned citizen.
Welcome to the City of Miami Television's Homepage. City of Miami
Television, also known as channel 77 is the City of Miami's municipal
government access cable channel. The Office of Communications operates
City of Miami Television, which is accessible only on the Comcast Cable
Network within the City of Miami. City of Miami Television provides a variety of
programming for its viewers, 24-hours a day, seven days a week. City
Commission and public meetings are aired and rebroadcast on City of
Miami Television for public viewing.
In addition, City of Miami Television also offers a variety of
programming including: special reports, public service announcements and
city-produced programs. Its mission, which is to to provide programming
for and about the City of Miami and its citizens in an effort to
educate, inform and enhance our community; enables the department to
reach a large audience, including its diverse ethnic and cultural
communities. Producing over 380 pieces in 2004, the department strives
to provide accurate and current information about city government and
highlight significant public issues of concern.

The department has also installed a satellite dish that enables it to
present programming from the State of Florida as well. City of Miami
Television has several new original series: The Rhythm of Miami,
Building Better Neighborhoods, Heart of Our Parks and Getting To Know

productions for just $35. To order a videotape copy of City meetings,
events or programs that are aired on City of Miami Television, Please
fill out a Video Tape Request Form .Forms must be sent to the Office of
Communications via email to

(305)-416-1441.There is a $35 fee to be paid by cash, check or money
order made payable to the City of Miami.
