If required, payment must be received by the Park Manager/Facility Supervisor fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the Supervised Program/Camp. Payment is to be made in the form of a cashier's check or money order and made payable to : City of Miami
No cash or personal checks are accepted under any circumstances. The registration process is not completed until full payment is received by the Park Manager/Facility Supervisor. The completion and submission of all forms only reserves a space for your child. A separate form must be completed and submitted for each child you want to register. Camp registration will be confirmed only after the Park Manager/Facility Supervisor has received full payment, the registration process is completed on a first come, first served basis.
For your convenience, our After School enrollment form and Summer Camp enrollment form have been provided. Please print the form and take to your local park to enroll your child/children.
