MAYOR MANNY DIAZ CELEBRATES OLDER AMERICANS MONTH WITH MIAMI’S SENIORS

 

--Festivities will feature the Oldest Man and Woman in the City of Miami--

 

May 17, 2005 - (Miami, FL) - Mayor Manny Diaz will host the 4^th Annual Older Americans Month Celebration for Seniors on Tuesday, May 17^th, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Seniors from throughout Miami have been invited to the Coconut Grove Expo Center to enjoy an afternoon of free lunch, live entertainment, dancing and a fashion show.

 

At the event, the oldest man and woman in the City of Miami will be crowned King and Queen for the day by Mayor Diaz. May is Older Americans Month throughout the country.
