(Miami, FL) – The City of Miami Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Advisory Task Force will be reviewing and scoring Multi-family Developer Proposals on Monday, August 31, 2009, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Tuesday, September 1, 2009, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Task force members will be attending these review sessions independently and intermittently within the timeframes noted.

The NSP Advisory Task Force will meet on Wednesday, September 2, 2009, 9 a.m.-12 noon, to review their scoring of the proposals and finalize the scoring process. 

The two RFP review sessions and the Task Force meeting will take place at the City’s Miami Riverside Center (MRC), 444 SW 2nd Ave., Second Floor Conference Room. All three sessions are open to the public. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped.
