City Commission Chairman Joe Sanchez Holds Unveiling Ceremony for the New Gateway Signs at the Roads Neighborhood

Miami, FL—City Commission Chairman Joe Sanchez joined by city administrators and area residents celebrated the unveiling ceremony for the new Roads Neighborhood Gateway Signs at the Traffic Circle on SW 26th Road and SW 2nd Avenue.
“I’m very proud of the Roads neighborhood, and I’m especially proud of these traffic circles which we were able to bring to this community, making this neighborhood even safer for pedestrians, bicyclists and commuters,” said Chairman Sanchez.”These welcome signs we are about to unveil serve as testament to the pride and hard work we’ve done to make the Roads neighborhood one of Miami’s best.”
The Capital Improvements Project consists of the installation of multi-post community/gateway signs at seven (7) traffic circles throughout the Roads neighborhood. The locations of these signs are: • SW 26th Road and SW 2nd Avenue • SW 29th Road and SW 2nd Avenue • SW 25th Road and SW 4th Avenue • SW 29th Road and SW 4th Avenue • SW 28th Road and SW 7th Avenue • SW 20th Road and SW 7th Avenue • SW 24th Road and SW 9th Avenue
