Miami City Hall Becomes a
Winter Wonderland for
Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony
|
(Miami, FL.)-- City of Miami City Hall will become a winter wonderland for the Annual Tree Lighting Celebration on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at 6:00 pm. Mayor Manny Diaz will join City Commissioners, students and families to bring in the holiday season with a holiday parade and tree lighting ceremony.
The holiday parade will feature the City of Miami Police and Fire-Rescue Departments, as well as high school bands from Booker T. Washington, Miami Jackson Senior High, and Miami Senior High. The guest of honor for the parade will be none other then Santa Claus.
Miami residents are welcome to join in on the holiday festivities.
