(Miami, Florida) — City of Miami Commission Chairman Joe Sanchez and the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians, joined by sponsors and volunteers will host the 10th Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway on Tuesday, November 25, 2008, from 9:00 am to 12 pm at the Jose Marti Park South Court lot on SW 5th Street and 3rd Avenue.

This year’s Thanksgiving meal will be a special one for more than 1,000 families who will be receiving a free traditional feast because of the generosity of several community-minded companies.

This free Thanksgiving Celebration is being made possible thanks to the donations of: Miccosukee Tribe of Indians, General Mills, Cawy Bottling Company, Brickell Motors, De Colores Auto Shop and other generous sponsors.
