City of Miami Purchasing Department to Hold Purchasing Information Exchange (P.I.E.) Session on August 13th and 14th
|
(Miami, Florida)- The City of Miami Purchasing Department will host in Downtown Miami its Third Purchasing Information Exchange Session on Thursday, August 13th and 14th at the Bank of America Tower located at 100 S.E. 2nd Avenue, on the 13th Floor. Both days will have a morning session, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and an afternoon session, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Each of the session will cover the same material and information, such as how to register and receive electronic solicitation notifications, how to submit an electronic response to a solicitation notification, how to access issued purchase orders, delivery information, and payment status, and more.
There will be no registration fee. Free breakfast will be served for those in attendance during the morning sessions and free lunch for those in attendance during the afternoon sessions. Free parking available in the Bank of America Tower/City of Miami Parking Garage No. 4. It’s all free!
Registration is limited to the first 140 persons for each session and two persons per company.
