6th Annual Little Haiti NET
& Police Turkey Giveaway
-Over 500 Thanksgiving meals will be distributed
to needy families-

(Miami, Florida)—Five hundred fifty (550) needy families will be celebrating the traditional Thanksgiving meal this year through the generosity of local merchants, developers and different agencies whose donations made possible the purchase of turkeys accompanied with vegetables donated from Farm Share to distribute during the 6th Annual Little Haiti NET and Police Turkey Giveaway, Thursday, November 15, 2007, from 9am to 2pm, at the Little Haiti NET Service Center located on 6421 NE 2nd Avenue.
Among the participating sponsors making possible families from the Little Haiti neighborhood celebrate a memorable Thanksgiving dinner are: Little River Business District, Steve Rhodes, Gatehouse Group, developers of Lafayette Square and Emerald Square, and MacArthur Dairy to name a few.
Little Haiti NET staff and Miami Police officers will be on hand to make sure this community event is a joyous one.
