(Miami, Florida) - A special ceremony marked the completion of Los Sueños, a new affordable rental project in the Wynwood area featuring 179 units. City of Miami officials, along with Miami-Dade County officials, gathered for the celebratory event which also counted with the presence of residents of the building, developed by Pinnacle Housing Group. 

The building features one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units which rent from $273 to $857 per month. All residents had to qualify as 60% average median income (AMI) or below. All units include ceramic tile throughout, ceiling fans in living areas and bedrooms, and new kitchen appliances. Shared amenities include a library, computer lab, community room, gym, and a children’s playground. Los Sueños also features art by famed artist Romero Britto on its western facade and architectural design by Miami architect Kobi Karp. The City of Miami provided $1,990,00 in HOME funds towards the development, which is fully leased.
