All Public Records request from the media should be submitted to the Office of Communications via e-mail to Christina Fernandez at cfernandez@ci.miami.fl.us Public record requests can also be faxed to (305) 416-1441. All public records request should be placed in a timely manner, in an effort to receive the information by deadline.
Copies of ordinances, official agendas and meeting minutes are available from the City Clerk's office. For public information regarding the City of Miami Police, please contact its Public Information Office at (305) 579-6421. Traffic accidents and crime reports may be ordered from the Miami Police Records Unit. The Records Unit is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.. The unit is closed Wednesdays, weekends and holidays. For information, call (305) 579-6477.
