The
City of Miami is requesting detailed information
concerning the qualifications of law firms,
title companies, or attorneys willing to provide
legal services to the City. These law
firms, title companies, or attorneys will work
closely with the City Attorney’s Office,
Transactional/Real Estate Division, to provide
representation to the City in real estate
closings and title search issues pertaining to
City-owned properties. The City intends to
establish a list of qualified attorneys, law
firms or title companies from which outside
counsel will be selected to provide legal
services on an as-needed, case-by-case or
matter-by-matter basis.

Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel
Selections

On September
11, 2008, the Miami City Commission adopted
Resolution No. R-08-0509,
which authorized the City Attorney to establish
the following firms as qualified to provide Bond
Counsel or Disclosure Counsel services to the
City from time to time:
