The Office of the City Attorney serves as counsel to the City’s elected public officials as well as all appointed officials, and all boards and departments.

       This Website contains the formal Legal Opinions issued by this office since 2003.  To preserve the integrity of these documents and assure proper reference to citations and footnotes, the opinions are provided in Adobe Acrobat PDF files.
