The Office of the City Attorney is currently seeking attorneys with the following qualifications:

A Florida licensed attorney with at least 1 to 3 years of experience handling workers’ compensation matters.  The attorney filling the position will be responsible for all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation from inception to final hearing.  Attorneys will work closely with the Department of Risk Management and a Third Party Administrator to coordinate litigation and resolution strategies for both litigated and non-litigated workers’ compensation matters.  Experience with government law is desirable.  Salary and benefits for this position are competitive and dependent on qualifications.
