Tips to Search

  1. Entering a single word will retrieve items with that word and forms of that word (i.e. “apple”).

  2. Entering multiple words will retrieve items with the -words or phrase exactly as entered (i.e. “green apple”).

  3. Search supports the logical "AND" operator. To retrieve items that include word A and word B use an uppercase AND between terms (i.e. “apple AND orange”).

  4. Search supports the logical "OR" operator. To retrieve items that include either word A or word B, use an uppercase OR between terms (i.e. “apple OR orange”).

  5. Search supports the logical "AND NO" operator to retrieve items that contain one keyword, but not another. Can be used only between two words, not between phrases (i.e. “apple AND NO orange”).

  6. Search supports the logical "NEAR" operator to retrieve items based on words being in near proximity to each other (near means within 11 words) (i.e. “apple NEAR orange”).

Advanced Search

  1. Enter one or more search criteria in the boxes to the right and press "Search."

  2. It is not necessary to enter any "Keywords or Phrases"

  3. Each file ID is unique. If you know the file ID you are looking for, you only need to enter one field.

  4. Keywords or Phrases:

  • Entering a single word will retrieve items with that word and forms of that word.

  • Entering multiple words will retrieve items with those exact words or phrase exactly as entered.

  • Search supports the logical "AND" operator, to retrieve items that include word A and word B use an uppercase AND between terms.
