Official copies of these and other documents and information can be obtained from the City of Miami's Office of the City Clerk, 3500 Pan American Drive, telephone 305-250-5360. Printed agendas are available five business days prior to the Commission Meeting.

Every effort will be made to post new agendas on the Friday preceding the next Commission meeting. Similarly, new minutes are manually posted on the third Wednesday afternoon following the Commission meeting. It is best to check the Commission Meeting Schedule to see exactly when the meetings are occurring.

Complete Agenda Packages with attachments are available prior to the Commission meeting, Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view these attachments online.  Also, because of difficulties reproducing them, some items included in the Agenda Packages for Commission may not be included here. To obtain or view missing items, please contact the Office of the City Clerk.
