| General Scope of Work: |
Design and construction of approx. 11,749 s.f. two stories and two bay apparatus fire rescue facility. The facility would include all typical fire station amenities for fire rescue personnel plus two lieutenants and a captain. The project includes allowance for demolition of an existing fire station and site development including parking spaces for 15-18 vehicles and landscaping and includes a water main improvement and new signalization. |
